Consultancy work ....
Sue Irwin has had the opportunity to work on a lot of interesting projects over the last term. Using action research has proved to be an extremely useful reflective tool and vehicle to support colleagues develop within their professional capacity. Both qualitative and quantitative data has demonstrated progress for learners' and been used to identify next steps. It would be great to see more colleague using action research to develop their practice.
